- Welcome everyone, and introduce Team Leaders and Coordinators
- Purpose and Overview of RMB | 4-Way Test
- Knowledge Sharing Slot
- Announce Business Network “Leaders” and outstanding performers
- Welcome any new RMB members to the Chapter (induct new members)
- Members introduce themselves and give a 60-second presentation
- Welcome visitors to RMB and have members introduce them (visitors give a 60-second presentation)
- Working Committee Report
- Announcement of speakers for SP and KSS for next week and introduces this week’s speaker(s)
- Member Presentations: Speaker(s) gives 10-minute presentation
- Announce Testimonials, Pass Referrals, Thank you, R2Rs.
- Treasurer’s Report
- Announcements and reminders
- In-Meeting Door Prize: for members bringing visitors or referrals or for the best 60 Seconds.
- Closing of meeting by President with a Quote
- Meeting end with National Anthem
- Conduct new member and visitor orientation
- Birthday Celebration of Members

5:30 PM – Fellowship Time between Members and Visitors with Tea/Coffee.
5:55 PM – All members in the Room
6:00 PM – Meeting Starts
7:30 PM – Closing with National Anthem, Visitor Orientation and everyone proceeds to Dinner.
